Q. Who will service my car?

Q. How do you value my part exchange?
In the current market we strongly suggest you try and sell your vehicle privately to maximise the purchase of your new car. Q Do I need a deposit?
A. Yes once you have agreed the purchase and the supplier has accepted the order the Dealer will contact you to confirm model specification delivery timescale and price and ask for a deposit to of between £500-£1000 to formalise the transaction.
Q. Do I get a Warranty?
A. All new cars supplied come with their manufacturer's warranty, which in most cases is up to three years. We recommend you check the manufacturer's details in the vehicle handbook.
Q. Is breakdown cover included in my price?
Most new car warranties include recovery please check with the individual supplier and check the manufacturer handbook.
Q. What happens if there is a problem with my car?
A. The local manufacturers dealership will manage any vehicle derived problems if there is a problem with the transaction the supplier is the owner of the contract and will administer any solution if there is any further queries Elmfield Vehicle Solutions will mediate for you.We are committed to offering excellent aftercare service. After delivery, you will still be able to contact us if you have any problems with your vehicle.
Q. Am I entitled to a refund?
A. Your statutory rights can not be affected by this method of purchase. Under Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a refund up to seven days from invoice/collection subject to proof of misdescription.
Q. Will my car be delivered?
A. The price is based on collection, in many cases your car can be delivered to to any UK mainland address however there may be an additional charge for this service.
Q. Can I collect my new car?

Q. What optional extras should I purchase?
A. You can add optional extras to your new car and we will be happy to quote the cost of tailoring them to your chosen model we will also advise you on factory and dealer option and the potential impact of adding them.
Q. Are your cars pre registered?
A. Ocasionally, pre-registered cars are offerd where they represent value for money but will be clearly marked to avoid any confusion.

Q. Order Tracking?
A. You will be kept up to date weekly by email on how your order is progressing and when your car will be delivered in relation to your target date.

A. By bank transfer prior to delivery or finance agreement authorised and signed on or prior to delivery.
Q. Who do I pay?
A. In most cases the supplier will take the deposit and the balance if it invloves finance, will be agreed via Elmfield prior to delivery.

A. We regularly survey our competitors to ensure prices are market driven and that our special offers stay exceptionally good value for money.
Q. What is included within the price?
A. The price includes VAT, 12 months' road fund licence and all taxes along with vehicle registration details.
Q.Will I have to pay any other costs?
A. The price will always be clearly stated throughout the quoting process to include all Price Specification and Document Costs
Q.Will the price change after I have ordered the car?
A. New car prices are subject to list-price changes by the manufacturer or possible government tax increases from time to time. However we will always endeavour to keep you informed of these changes and try to fix the price at the point of order.
